Jatengtoto operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the relationship, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or when triggered by risk-based compliance checks. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

All deposits must be made from financial accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC identity. All bets placed on Jatengtoto are subject to acceptance at the Company's sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. Bets placed during system maintenance periods, or following a clearly identifiable technical error in odds or game parameters, are not binding and may be voided by Jatengtoto.
Jatengtoto reserves the right to void any bet where odds or game parameters were erroneously displayed due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure ("palpable error"). In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Account within 5 business days. Jatengtoto's determination of a palpable error is final.
Maximum win limits apply on a per-bet and per-event basis. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum win limits will be capped at the stated maximum; excess amounts will not be paid out.
Live in-play betting is available on selected fixtures, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events as listed on the Platform. In-play bets are subject to line changes during transmission delays. Jatengtoto does not accept responsibility for bets placed after the relevant sporting event has concluded, and any such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Jatengtoto are subject to individual terms and conditions specified in each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Jatengtoto and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
